Ingredients
  

  • 2 15 oz cans sliced peaches, with juice or syrup
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Equipment

Method
 

Step 1. Add the Peaches
  1. Pour the canned peaches with their juice into the slow cooker and spread evenly.
Step 2. Sprinkle Cinnamon
  1. Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon over the peaches.
Step 3. Add the Cake Mix
  1. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peaches. Do not stir.
Step 4. Add the Butter
  1. Place butter slices evenly across the top, covering as much of the cake mix as possible.
Step 5. Slow Cook
  1. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2½–3 hours or LOW for 4–5 hours, until the topping is set and peaches are bubbling.
Step 6. Rest Before Serving
  1. Turn off the slow cooker and let the cobbler rest uncovered for 15–20 minutes to thicken slightly.
