Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
For the Wraps
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 head romaine lettuce or butter lettuce leaves separated
  • Optional: chopped croutons lemon wedges, fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until fully cooked and lightly browned.
  3. Remove chicken from heat and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  4. Lay lettuce leaves flat and add sliced chicken to the center of each leaf.
  5. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add optional toppings if desired, then fold and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use sturdy lettuce leaves to prevent tearing
  • Do not overdress or wraps may become soggy
  • Grilled or rotisserie chicken works well for shortcuts
  • Assemble just before serving for best texture
