Method
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
- Add romaine lettuce to a large bowl.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss gently until lightly coated.
- Top with sliced chicken and parmesan cheese.
- Add croutons if using and serve immediately.

- Do not overdress; Caesar dressing is rich and a little goes a long way.
