Step 1. Cook Pasta
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
Step 2. Cook Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden and fully cooked, then remove and set aside.
Step 3. Cook Shrimp
- In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Step 4. Make Garlic Sauce
- Melt butter in the skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Step 5. Add Cream and Cheese
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
Step 6. Combine Everything
- Add cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp back into the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in sauce.
Step 7. Adjust Sauce
- Add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
Step 8. Garnish and Serve
- Top with parsley and serve warm.
