Step 1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Step 2. Prepare Wet Ingredients
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
Step 3. Combine Dry Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4. Make Batter
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 5. Prepare Cinnamon Swirl
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Step 6. Layer Batter
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture evenly over it.
Step 7. Add Remaining Batter
- Pour remaining batter on top and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
Step 8. Swirl
- Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture through the batter.
Step 9. Bake
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 10. Cool and Serve
- Let cool before slicing for best texture.
