Method
 

Step 1. Blend Base
  1. Add cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2. Prepare Tray
  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
Step 3. Spread Mixture

  1. Remove from freezer and break into bark-sized pieces.

  1. Transfer pieces to a freezer-safe container with parchment between layers if stacking.
