Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended until smooth
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Optional:
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

Step 1. Preheat Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Step 2. Blend Cottage Cheese
  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
Step 3. Mix Wet Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Step 4. Add Dry Ingredients
  1. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Step 5. Add Chocolate Chips (Optional)
  1. Fold in chocolate chips for extra richness.
Step 6. Transfer to Pan
  1. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Step 7. Bake
  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the center is set but slightly soft.
Step 8. Cool and Slice
  1. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
