Method
 

Step 1. Preheat Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2. Prepare Cottage Cheese

Step 4. Portion Chips

Step 5. Bake

Step 6. Cool Slightly
  1. Allow chips to cool on the baking sheet for several minutes so they crisp up further.
Step 7. Remove Carefully
  1. Gently lift chips off the parchment paper.
Step 8. Serve
  1. Serve immediately for the best crunch and texture.
