Step 1. Blend the Cottage Cheese

Step 6. Cook the Flatbread
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Step 7. Serve
- Remove from the skillet and keep covered with a clean towel until ready to serve.
