Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or neutral oil

Method
 

Step 1. Blend the Cottage Cheese
  1. Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
Step 2. Mix the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add blended cottage cheese and olive oil, then mix until a soft dough forms.
Step 3. Knead the Dough
  1. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Step 4. Divide the Dough
  1. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a ball.
Step 5. Roll the Flatbread
  1. Use a rolling pin to roll each dough ball into a thin round flatbread.
Step 6. Cook the Flatbread
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Step 7. Serve
  1. Remove from the skillet and keep covered with a clean towel until ready to serve.
