  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed or crescent dough
  • 1 wheel brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
Optional Add-ins:
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon honey for extra sweetness

Method
 

Step 1. Preheat Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Step 2. Prepare Pastry
  1. Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares to fit each muffin cup.
Step 3. Shape Cups
  1. Press each pastry square into the muffin tin to form small cups.
Step 4. Add Brie
  1. Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
Step 5. Add Cranberry Sauce
  1. Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Step 6. Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle nuts or herbs if using.
Step 7. Bake
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
Step 8. Serve
  1. Let cool slightly, then remove and serve warm.
