Step 1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Step 2. Prepare Pastry
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares to fit each muffin cup.
Step 3. Shape Cups
- Press each pastry square into the muffin tin to form small cups.
Step 4. Add Brie
- Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
Step 5. Add Cranberry Sauce
- Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Step 6. Add Toppings
- Sprinkle nuts or herbs if using.
Step 7. Bake
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
Step 8. Serve
- Let cool slightly, then remove and serve warm.
