- Dump everything into the crockpot (no need to stir yet).
- Cover and cook on LOW for 1–2 hours (or HIGH for 45–60 min).
- Stir well once cream cheese is fully melted and smooth.
- Switch to WARM setting → serve with tortilla chips, Fritos, or veggies.
- That’s literally it.
Notes
No-bean chili works too — just meatier
Use full-fat cream cheese → melts perfectly
Keeps warm for 4+ hours on WARM setting
Double/triple easily → just use bigger crockpot
Reheat leftovers in microwave with splash of milk
