Crockpot 3-Ingredient Chili Cheese Dip

The laziest, most addictive dip on the planet: just canned chili, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar thrown in the crockpot. 3 ingredients, 2 minutes prep, zero effort yet it disappears faster than you can say “touchdown”.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 15 oz cans chili with beans (Hormel or store brand – no judgment)
  • 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese mild or sharp
Optional (but life-changing) add-ins
  • 1 can Rotel drained
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Hot sauce to taste

Equipment

  • Any size slow cooker (2–6 qt works)

Method
 

  1. Dump everything into the crockpot (no need to stir yet).
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 1–2 hours (or HIGH for 45–60 min).
  3. Stir well once cream cheese is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Switch to WARM setting → serve with tortilla chips, Fritos, or veggies.
  5. That’s literally it.

Notes

No-bean chili works too — just meatier
Use full-fat cream cheese → melts perfectly
Keeps warm for 4+ hours on WARM setting
Double/triple easily → just use bigger crockpot
Reheat leftovers in microwave with splash of milk
