  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika optional
  • Optional: fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet or frying pan

  • Measuring spoons
  • Spoon or spatula

Method

  1. Season chicken on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.

  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 30–40 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid browning.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon garlic butter sauce over the top.
  6. Let chicken simmer in the sauce for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcook garlic or it may turn bitter
  • Chicken thighs stay juicier, but breasts work well when cooked carefully
  • Use unsalted butter to control seasoning
  • Serve immediately for best flavor and texture
