Ingredients
  

For the Dough:
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour with xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
For the Garlic Butter:
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Optional Add-ins:
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Step 1. Preheat Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2. Prepare Dough
  1. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and mix until a soft dough forms.
Step 3. Shape Knots
  1. Divide dough into small portions, roll each into a rope, and tie into knots. Place on the baking sheet.
Step 4. Bake
  1. Bake for 18–22 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through.
Step 5. Prepare Garlic Butter
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
Step 6. Brush and Finish
  1. Brush garlic butter over warm knots. Sprinkle Parmesan or seasoning if desired.
Step 7. Serve
  1. Serve warm for best flavor and texture.
