Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or keto sweetener
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Optional:
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Cocoa powder for coating
  • Crushed nuts

Method
 

Step 1. Mix Base

  1. Roll in cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or dip in melted sugar-free chocolate.
Step 7. Final Chill
  1. Refrigerate again for 20–30 minutes until firm.
