Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium Roma tomatoes diced and seeded
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño minced (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method
 

Step 1. Prep the Tomatoes
  1. Dice tomatoes into small pieces and remove excess seeds and juice to reduce moisture.
Step 2. Chop the Aromatics
  1. Finely dice the red onion and mince the jalapeño if using.
Step 3. Combine Ingredients
  1. Add tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a mixing bowl.
Step 4. Season the Salsa
  1. Stir in lime juice and salt until evenly combined.
Step 5. Rest and Serve
  1. Let the salsa rest for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld, then serve.
