Ingredients
  

For the Salmon:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
For the Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step 1. Season Salmon
  1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 2. Sear Salmon
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 3. Prepare Sauce Base
  1. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Step 4. Add Tomatoes and Cream
  1. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5. Add Parmesan
  1. Mix in Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Step 6. Return Salmon
  1. Place salmon back into the skillet and spoon sauce over the fillets.
Step 7. Finish Cooking
  1. Cook for another 3–5 minutes until salmon is fully cooked and flavors combine.
Step 8. Garnish and Serve
  1. Top with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.
