Step 1. Prepare Salmon
- Drain canned salmon thoroughly and flake it into a mixing bowl. Remove any large bones if needed.
Step 2. Mix Ingredients
- Add egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 3. Shape Balls
- Form the mixture into small balls (about 1–2 inches). Press gently so they hold their shape.
Step 4. Heat Oil
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
Step 5. Cook
- Place salmon balls in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, turning carefully, until golden brown.
Step 6. Drain
- Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Step 7. Serve
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
