  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or soy sauce for glaze

Method
 

Step 1. Prepare the Salmon
  1. Pat salmon completely dry and cut into 1-inch bite-sized cubes.
Step 2. Season the Pieces
  1. Place salmon in a bowl and toss gently with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Step 3. Heat the Skillet
  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Step 4. Cook the Salmon Bites
  1. Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning carefully to brown multiple sides.
Step 5. Finish with Lemon
  1. Remove from heat and drizzle fresh lemon juice over the salmon bites.
Step 6. Serve Immediately
  1. Serve hot while the exterior is crisp and the inside remains tender.
