Step 1. Prepare Meatball Mixture
- In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Step 2. Shape Meatballs
- Form into evenly sized meatballs for consistent cooking.
Step 3. Optional Browning
- Lightly brown the meatballs in a pan for extra flavor (optional step).
Step 4. Prepare Sauce
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and water until well combined.
Step 5. Add to Slow Cooker
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker and pour sauce over them, ensuring even coating.
Step 6. Cook
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until meatballs are tender.
Step 7. Thicken Sauce (Optional)
