  • 6 ounces smoked salmon sliced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill or chives chopped
  • 12 crostini or sturdy crackers
  • ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1 tablespoon capers, thin cucumber slices, or finely sliced red onion

Method
 

Step 1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread
