Step 1. Preheat Oven

- Cook fresh spinach or thaw frozen spinach. Squeeze out all excess moisture and chop finely.

Step 4. Shape Flagels
- Divide dough into equal portions and shape into flat rounds. Create a small hole in the center if desired.

- Sprinkle sesame seeds or seasoning on top if using.
Step 6. Bake
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden and set.
Step 7. Cool Slightly
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before handling.
