Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach or lettuce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

Step 1. Prepare Filling
  1. Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Step 2. Add Flavor
  1. Stir in shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3. Add Vegetables
  1. Mix in finely chopped vegetables until evenly combined.
Step 4. Spread on Tortillas
  1. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
Step 5. Roll Tightly
  1. Roll tortillas into tight logs.
Step 6. Chill
  1. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Step 7. Slice and Serve
  1. Cut into 1-inch pieces and serve chilled.
