Step 1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

- Remove from heat and mix in sour cream or Greek yogurt until fully combined.
Step 5. Layer the Casserole
In the baking dish:
- Add a layer of tortillas or chips
- Spread a layer of the bean mixture
- Sprinkle cheese
- Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
Step 6. Bake
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
Step 7. Rest and Serve
- Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
