Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups nuts almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecans, or mixed nuts
  • 8 ounces chocolate dark, milk, or white, chopped
  • Optional: flaky sea salt cocoa powder, cinnamon, or shredded coconut

Method
 

Step 1. Prepare the Nuts
  1. If using raw nuts, lightly toast them in a dry skillet or oven until fragrant. Let cool completely.
Step 2. Melt the Chocolate
  1. Melt the chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
Step 3. Coat the Nuts
  1. Add nuts to the melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
Step 4. Separate on Tray
  1. Spoon the coated nuts onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, separating them to prevent clumping.
Step 5. Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle with sea salt or other toppings while the chocolate is still wet, if desired.
Step 6. Set the Chocolate
  1. Let the nuts set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly until the chocolate is firm.
